Last Tuesday, our teachers Marion and Rosa organised our two classes and we went to Bondi Beach to see the sculpture exhibition.
In the morning, we met at Kogarah station at 9 o'clock. We then took the train and bus to the Bondi coast. After another two students arrived a lillte bit later, we took some photos with whole people. Then we started to enjoy the all sculptures.
Following the stream of people, we saw many sculptures set up on the rocks, on the grass and on the sand. Those sculptures were made of many different materials, such as wood, marble, even pieces of old cars. Each of the sculptures was disigned with their special or abstract meaning. there was no same sculpture can be found in the gallery, because some of the artworks are very big. That is why so many tourists were attracted there.
It is also a good chance for us to take meny photos to make a bubbleshare for our blog.
After a short lunch, we kept walking and looking until the artworks show ended at Tamarama beach. At that time we knew some students had gone different ways, but we were still happy with our 6 people finally.
On the train back home, the spectacular landescap, the blue sky, the broad ocean and the sculpture still stayed in my brain.
I liked the outdoor gallery. It was a wonderful excursion.
